What services does Ozzy’s Karts provide?
We bring mobile, beautifully styled dessert and beverage carts to weddings, corporate events, and private functions across Melbourne. Our offerings include warm cookie dough, soft serve, mini Dutch pancakes, frozen yoghurt, and handcrafted coffee.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking as early as possible especially for weekend dates, peak wedding seasons, and corporate holiday periods. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a deposit.
How do I get a quote or place a booking?
You can fill out our website inquiry form with your event date, location, guest count, and preferred menu options. Our team will get back to you promptly with availability and a customized package quote.
Event Day & Logistics
What setup and space requirements do the carts need?
Our carts require clear, flat-ground access for rolling and positioning. Depending on the cart setup you select, access to a standard power outlet may be required. We will discuss specific venue requirements during the booking process.
Do you handle setup and pack-down?
Yes! Our team arrives prior to your event to set up and style the cart, operates it during your service window, and handles full pack-down after service concludes.
Do you cater to outdoor events?
Absolutely. As long as there is a level surface and suitable weather shelter/cover, we can operate outdoors. In the event of extreme or wet weather, we will work with you or your venue to move the cart to a covered area.
Catering & Menu Options
Can we customize the menu for our event?
Yes! You can choose from our individual cart options (such as Soft Serve, Dutch Pancakes, or Coffee) or bundle items together (like Warm Cookie Dough paired with Soft Serve) to create the ultimate dessert bar for your guests.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
We do our best to accommodate common dietary needs. Please let us know of any specific allergy or dietary requests (such as dairy-free, vegan, or gluten-free options) when inquiring so we can walk you through available menu choices.
Is everything made fresh on-site?
Yes! All of our food and beverage items from warm, fresh mini Dutch pancakes to espresso coffee and soft serve are prepared and served fresh directly from our mobile carts.
